Catering Miami MCC caters events from as few as 50 to over 25,000 guests.

Themed Menus such as 4th of July, St. Patrick's Day, Valentines Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, or any Holiday you can think of.

Favorites like Luau's, Mexican, Hawaiian, Caribbean, Cajun, Latin, Cuban, Creole, Polynesian, Southern, Western, Southwestern
to name a few, are certain crowd pleasers for any size group.

Miami Catering has International Chefs to delight your tastes.

MCC's experienced local Chef will cook onsite for you
(at your location) on our custom grill.

Our trained staff stays busy prepping and maintaining the buffet
for your event while your personal chef is busy cooking on the grill.

You select the food menu, We pick up the food,
bring it to your location,

Our Staff Preps and Cooks the food at your location,
Our Staff loads the food onto the buffet and after everyone has eaten they will leave the leftover food with you.

Our Staff will advise you how to store
the leftovers after your event is over.

We don't keep any food in storage. MCC purchases fresh food specifically for only you and your event.

Please let us know how long you will need our staff  for your event.
Gratuity is a separate fee and the amount is left
to the clients discretion and should never be solicited by our staff.

To reserve your event a deposit of 25% is due at booking.
We only cater one event per day. 
Balance of invoice is due 10 days prior to your date,
when final head count is given.

Included: Phone Consulting, Menu Planning, Event Food Preparation, Equipment and Grills, Buffet Setup and Break Down, Napkins, Disposable Plates, Knives, Forks, Serving Pans, and anything else required to make your event a success. Please remember that your menu can be customized to your event requirements.
   
   
Typical buffet duration is available for a minimum of 1 hour and
a maximum of  1 1/2 hour
s or until everyone has gone through the buffet one time. If you need our staff to stay longer than scheduled,
additional fees will be charged for each staff person.
