How Much Pig do I need to feed my group?
That is the
first question clients
ask us.
The answer varies
depending on several
factors.
First we will need to
know how many guests
you will want the Pig to
feed?
Will there be other
meats or will the Pig be
the only meat?
Is this event for
children, a woman's club
or a football team?
We
recommend that
you calculate about
1 lb to 1.25 lb of Pig
for each Guest that will
attend.
If you expect
your guests to want
second helpings, or each
guest will take some
home afterwards, or they
are just heavy eaters
then you should order
1.5 lbs to 2 lbs of pig
per guest
Our "The Pig and Just
the Pig" requires
a Minimum order of a 60
lb Pig
We like to Slow Roast
